To carry forward humanitarianism and promote our civilization construction, District Red-Cross organized department staff for free blood donating on 9th November.
        Leaders of every department took the initiative and all other members followed positively. The whole blood donating activity was in good order. It had been planned for lasting half day but in fact, until 4:00 p.m. the day. Several leaders were delayed but came especially to this activity at noon time due to their busy work. Totally 85 comrades from departments and institutions attended this activity and have denoted 18500ml blood.
