I."One-key-to-one-lock" policy
Yancheng Economic Development Zone grants special encouragement on One-key-to-one-lock to hi-tech projects, projects listed in the state encourage category, leading back bone projects, domestic and foreign top 500, multi international company invested projects, public listed company and famous brand enterprises projects except the preferential policies granted by the state. All the undertaking and administrative fees for industrial projects shall be exempted during construction period.
II.Favorable rents of standard workshops
Various-specification workshops can be offered to investors, or we can make kinds of workshops according to investors'¯ demands. Foreign- fund enterprises can enjoy a big discount of the rent: the first floor of a standard workshop has a rent of only 50 yuan/m2; the second floor, 30 50 yuan/m2 ; during a period of 6 months for equipments installation, the rent is free. Meanwhile, they will be rewarded based on payed ratal: for the projects with a taxation of over 200 yuan/m, every newly added 10 yuan can bring reduced 1yuan for annual rent until a free rent. The workshops made accordingly have the same rent reducing policy with that of standard workshops.
A special favorable policy is offered for the foreign-funded companies that are settled in standard workshops before Feb. 6, 2008. That is they can enjoy one year's free rent since the date of signing contracts (equipment-installing period included).Introducers of these projects can enjoy a lump-sum reward of 0.3% of the project's total fixed assets including equipment. |
